Employee empowerment enhances job satisfaction and contributes to organizational success. Therefore, its importance in the business world is increasing, and its applications in companies are becoming widespread. Companies operating in the finance sector have also been affected by this trend. However, the number of studies on empowerment, especially in insurance companies, is quite limited. In this context, a random sample was taken from employees of in surance companies operating in Turkey, and a survey was administered to the sample. Statistical analyses applied to the data collected as a result of the survey revealed that our hypothesis is valid.
